Fire stop
We usually choose two-layer galvanized iron sheet (or stainless steel sheet) with aluminum silicate for deformation joint project. The fire resistance of these materials has passed the tests of Fire Extinguishing System and Fire-resistant Materials Quality Inspection Center. Fire stop can meet the 1 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours demand. For those important projects, there are fire stop on the ground, internal wall and roof.
Installation method: put and fix an iron sheet in U form, put a blanket of aluminum silicate on the iron sheet and at last put another iron sheet on the blanket. When the demand is higher, we can use 0.2-0.4mm stainless to replace the iron sheet, and paste fireproof paint on the bottom of the stainless sheet ( the cost is 2-4 times of the former). The most economical way is directly stuff the fireproof aluminum silicate into the joint, the fireproof effect is better.
